Qualitycraft provides event and photo zone decoration services. As these are custom services tailored to your specific event, our return and cancellation policy reflects the personalized nature of our work.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event date: 50% refund of the total booking fee
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date: No refund, as materials and resources have been allocated

Our Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Qualitycraft needs to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Service Modifications

We understand that event plans can change. Modifications to your booking can be made:

• Modifications requested 14 days or more before the event: No additional charges, subject to availability
• Modifications requested less than 14 days before the event: May be subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the changes

Refund Process

If you are entitled to a refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking
• Please contact us to initiate the refund process

Deposits

Deposits paid to secure your booking are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the full refund period (30+ days before event) or due to circumstances on our part.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
